Today we had a lovely day visiting Stockley Farm. We have been learning all about 'People Who Help Us' including farmers and their livestock. We really enjoyed learning about the animals at the farm and being able to get up close to them! We especially enjoyed feeding the lambs and kids! Just take a look at the photos below to see much fun we had.
Today we enjoyed learning about the role of a lollipop man or lady and how they help to keep us safe. We listened carefully to the green cross code and role-played crossing a road safely by stopping, looking and listening!
We then had an exciting visit from Peter, our school lollipop man. He told us all about his special lollipop stick and why he wears a bright fluorescent jacket. We listened very carefully and answered some questions on safety. Thank you Peter!
