KS1 were lucky enough to have a special visit by a team from Chester Zoo. The team set up their theatrical equipment and performed a fantastic story based on endangered wild life. The team immersed the children into the wonderful world of animals and birds, enabling the children to use their imaginations and creative thinking.
This term, 2M have taken on the role of becoming scientists! The children are carrying out an experiment in biology and finding out about the best conditions for growing cress. In groups, they have planted cress seeds and will look after them under different conditions. The children will make weekly observations and record their findings.
