In the afternoon we worked alongside an artist called Alan who was a print-maker! We all had a go printing and used his special press printer.

This week we have been Arctic explorers and travelled the world to find out about the countries inside The Arctic Circle! We researched the flags too!
We're also enjoying finding out about Arctic animals in this environment in our Science lessons!
We have compared the weather, temperature and hours of daylight of Manchester and Norway.
We were surprised when we found out that the city of Tromso in Norway, Europe only had 1 hour and 34 minutes of daylight!

We dived back in time to 1666 during the Great Fire of London today!
We imagined what it would have been like seeing the devastation and feeling the panic around us! We moved travelled around the burning streets in role as a Londoner and shared our thoughts and words!
We thought about the smells, feelings, sights and sounds from the fire!
