This morning we have been deconstructing sections of Charlie and The Chocolate factory.

Our group deconstructed the section when the characters visited the invention room.

We found out that Dahl uses similes and 2A sentences:

The place was like a witches kitchen.

...strange iron machines!

We went out side to see the what the school looked like if we were a bird. We drew the outline of all the buildings on whiteboards. After 20 mutinies we came inside and drew them into are geography books. It was a challenge but I found it enjoyable in the end.

Today we have been thinking about the importance of saying one good thing about yourself...

Luke J:

It's important to help you believe in yourself.

Mia:

If you're always being negative you won't be able to achieve much but if think positively you can become something in your life!!

Here are some of the good things about Team 13...

I am good at singing.

I am very artistic.

I am a funny person.

Sport is a part of me and it helps me make new friends.

I am a good team player!

I am a good friend.

I am a good thinker.

I am a fair person.

I am approachable.

We are all kind and caring!!
