School Uniform
We are proud of our school uniform and we expect all children to abide by the uniform policy.
The school tie, polo shirt, sweatshirt, and cardigan are all required and can be purchased from: Monkhouse Schoolwear Specialists, Stitch Design and Little Angels Chorlton. All other items of the uniform can be obtained from most shops specialising in children's clothing, including second-hand retailers. Please check with the individual suppliers for costings as these may vary. All school uniforms must be marked clearly with the child's name as children frequently lose their clothing. The wearing of jewellery (including earrings) in school is not allowed for reasons of safety and security. Watches can be worn, but parents should note that the school cannot accept responsibility for their safekeeping.
All long hair (hair that extends below the collarbone) should be tied up and off the face. Perms, partial or total head shavings, etchings and non-natural hair colourings are NOT permitted. Failure to comply with this policy could result in a child being kept out of class or sent home. No other item of clothing can be worn without prior permission from the Headteacher.
