Welcome to St. Kentigern’s R.C. Primary School.
Rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ and inspired by the Gospel, our school and parish community are deeply special. Serving the families and children of Fallowfield in the Diocese of Salford, we are a richly diverse Catholic community, strengthened and enriched by many nationalities, cultures and traditions. We celebrate this diversity as a gift from God and use every opportunity to recognise His presence in one another.
At St. Kentigern’s, our Catholic faith is central to all we do. Christ’s message of love, compassion and service forms the foundation of our mission. We work closely with our parents, parish and wider community, recognising them as valued partners in nurturing each child’s faith journey, character and talents.
Our curriculum is shaped by our belief that every child is created in the image and likeness of God, with unique gifts waiting to shine. Guided by Catholic Social Teaching, we aim to develop children who are not only successful learners, but compassionate, respectful and active citizens who understand their call to serve others.
We are proud that OFSTED inspectors recognised the strength of our provision, judging the school to be outstanding in all areas. Yet our greatest measure of success is seeing our children grow in faith, confidence, knowledge and joy.
We offer a broad, balanced and progressive curriculum, enriched with purposeful experiences and deeply rooted in our Catholic mission. Our ambition is to inspire a love of learning, a belief that all things are possible with God, and the resilience to overcome challenges with hope and determination.
Above all, we aim to form children who are happy, confident, caring and faith-filled—young people who will grow into inspirational adults ready to contribute to our ever-changing world, grounded in the values of the Gospel.
